Even though this was our first visit, it won’t be our last. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean and quiet. No strange orders, no moldy showers…just clean!

As others have mentioned the breakfast was nothing special but was good enough that we ate it each day and got full. Also, our room had the soft mattress and the bath had the low shower head but let’s face it; this is a motel room and not my house. I’ll take clean, comfortable room any day over a taller shower head.

Overall one of the better non-chain motels we’ve stayed in and are looking forward to our next visit at the Dutton Inn. In fact, we’ve already booked our fall vacation with the Dutton Inn.

Lots of advantages to staying at The Dutton Inn! It borders both Hwy 76 and Green Mountain Drive so you have two options for going to/from the many sites/things-to-do in Branson. Friendly staff makes you feel welcomed and you want to return. We stayed July 19-22, 2017 when the temperatures were in the upper 90’s and our room’s air conditioner cooled the room perfectly. Clean room, comfortable king-size bed. Room had 3 chairs including a recliner. Nice-sized fridge, cable tv, coffee maker, etc. Tasty, convenient hot breakfast provided. By staying at their hotel, they also offer discounted tickets to The Duttons’ amazing show at their theater. Within walking distance of other sites/things-to-do. Tasty fudge and things-to-buy at good prices at their ‘tourist trap’. Competitive-priced hotel. Parking available front-and-back of the hotel.

Room Tip: Branson can be busy – Call-ahead to reserve room and get tickets for great seats at their show

Amazing beds!!

We stayed for a mini-vacation weekend and it was really cozy. It was a really hot couple of days out when we stayed and the A/C in the rooms worked perfectly. THe room also made us feel at home and the beds were AHHHHHHHHHMAZING! If you want a good night’s sleep and a great comfy bed this is the place for you. It is also affordable. The only downfall would have to be the breakfast. It is very bland, not a lot to choose from and they don’t allow you to take it to your room to eat it in your own privacy. But there is a nice krispy kremes down the street. Overall, everything was really nice for the price and the beds felt better than a Marriott bed.

I don’t like how they use real keys because if you lose them then they will charge you, which we had a minor scare, but luckily we found our key. The motel is also on the strip. If you are having a hard time choosing between this one and another motel, i’d choose this one.

What a nice stay we had at the Dutton Family Inn! Room was very comfy and the staff was so nice!!! Friendly and helpful!! We will definately stay with the Dutton family again!! Right in the middle of 76 and easily accessible! Be sure to see their show at the Dutton Theatre! It was amazing!!!! Such a fun trip we have had!!!! Thanks for the hospitality!

The best place to stay in Branson. It does not have a pool, but is clean, has a fridge, micowave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and tv. The staff is very nice and helpful. For each day you don’t require maid service. And bring your towels to the office to exchange for fresh, you will receive a voucher for $4 each day. This can be used in the gift shops, and for food treats. If possibe, book you rooms early. They are a very popular Inn.
