Rooms
No, we don't. You can ask for rooms side by side, and we'll do our best to put them together.
We can't guarantee a specific room, but we'll do our best to meet your request. Both our first and second floors are at ground level.
Yes.
Yes. All of our accessible rooms have grab bars, and one room has a walk-in shower, available on request. Other rooms with grab bars are also available on request. Call before you book so we can hold the right room.
Yes, depending on availability, for $5 a night. Cribs are also $5 a night.
Up to three children 12 and under stay free in a parent or guardian's room when using the existing beds.
Your stay
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
Yes, we have parking for large vehicles.
No, but White Water is right across the street.
All of our rooms are non-smoking, and fire code means you can't smoke in or around the rooms. There's a smoking area with tables and chairs on the west side of the building.
No pets, please. Service animals are welcome with current service papers, which must be available at check-in.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your check-in date.
Shows
Yes. We sell tickets to The Duttons at The Dutton Family Theater, and discounted tickets to other popular Branson shows. For most shows we can have your tickets delivered to the inn. See the shows
The Dutton Family Theater is right in front of the inn. Walk over, or catch a golf-cart ride up to the doors.
The fine print
Hotel policies
Online reservations
You can book online, but when only a few rooms are left they may not show up there. If you can't book online, or you have special requests, call us to check availability.
Check-in
Check-in is at 3 PM. If you get to town early, come by the front desk. If your room is ready, we're happy to check you in early. You can also call and ask.
Check-out
Check-out is by 11 AM the morning after your stay.
Lobby hours
The lobby is open 7 AM to 11 PM, Monday to Saturday, and 7 AM to 8:30 PM on Sunday. If you plan to arrive after hours or leave before 7 AM, let us know and we'll tell you what to do. For an emergency after hours, dial 0 from your room phone to reach the night attendant.
Housekeeping
Rooms aren't cleaned daily. If you'd like your room cleaned during your stay, tell the front desk the night before and we'll arrange it.
No smoking
No smoking of any kind in or right outside the rooms, including vaping and medical marijuana. Evidence of smoking in a room results in a $200 fine.
Pets
No pets. Service animals are welcome with current service papers at check-in.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 24 hours before your check-in date.
Children and extra beds
Up to three children 12 and under stay free using existing beds. Rollaways and cribs are $5 a night, depending on availability.
Check-in age
The person checking in must be at least 21 years old.
